Refund & cancellation policy
Clear rules for subscriptions, lifetime access, and download-credit packs.
Effective August 13, 2026
1. Request window
Send a refund request within five (5) calendar days after the original payment or renewal by using your lava.top customer account or emailing alex.kolunin@gmail.com. Include the purchase email, transaction date, purchased plan, and a clear description of the problem. Never send your password or full card details.
2. Eligible cases
A refund may be approved when paid access was not activated, the paid product materially differs from its description, a duplicate or unauthorized charge is confirmed, or a material technical defect prevents use and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time after you contact support.
3. Digital access already used
Except where required by law, a change of mind is not normally refundable after Pro access has been used or download credits have been consumed. Unused credit packs and unused lifetime access requests made within the five-day window will be considered based on the circumstances and applicable law.
4. Subscription cancellation
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges; it does not automatically refund an already completed payment. Access remains active until the end of the paid period unless a refund is issued. Cancel before the next billing date from your lava.top purchases/subscription area or contact support for assistance.
5. Review and timing
We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and respond through the lava.top process. If a refund is approved, lava.top or its payment provider returns the payment to the original method. Bank or provider processing can take additional business days, and any non-refundable provider fees may be handled according to lava.top rules and applicable law.
6. Your legal rights
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. The payment and refund process is also subject to the lava.top Terms of Service.
